Da Enzo is a full service restaurant located in the heart of Wyoming, Ontario. The restaurant features a full menu of reasonably priced “comfort” food influenced by home cooked Italian traditions, based on time honored recipes. The Owner & Head Chef
Vincenzo or Enzo as he likes to be called has a deep-rooted love for food and has been in the restaurant business for over 35 years. He was born in Napoli Italy where he fell in love with cooking from a young age watching is grandmother make the tastiest pastas, pizzas & pastries. He soon realized cooking was his passion and went to culinary school in Italy and graduated in 1987. Enzo has owned and successfully operated restaurants in Toronto Canada, South Carolina, United States, Dresden Germany and Galway Ireland. Enzo is a family man, a dedicated father and a loving husband that loves to cook. He calls it "art".
